David Rusin Esq., is a trial attorney and the Attorney Manager at William Mattar law offices where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of seriously injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability, and premises liability. Mr. Rusin has practiced law for over 35 years and is admitted to practice before all courts in New York State. He is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics, and social media. He earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
