William Mattar Law Office Attorney F. David Rusin to Present at Applying the Rules of Evidence Webinar

On Ap ril 15, 2020, F. David Rusin Esq., of William Mattar law offices will present at a National Business Institute webinar entitled, “Applying the Rules of Evidence: What Every Attorney Needs to Know.” The webinar will take place from 10:00 am to 1:15 pm, and Mr. Rusin will provide an overview on two topics, including Authenticating Social Media and Email Evidence and Applying Hearsay Objections and Exceptions. The webinar is designed for attorneys and paralegals who would like to enhance their fundamental knowledge in order to make the best use of different types of evidence in each case. Mr. Rusin will provide useful tips on how to navigate the obstacles of qualifying rules and opposing counsel’s attempts to exclude evidence. David Rusin Esq. concentrates his practice on prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of severely injured persons as a trial attorney at William Mattar law offices where he also serves as the Attorney Manager.
