A Look at our 2026 Super Bowl Commercial
Each year, as millions gather to watch ‘the Big Game’, William Mattar proudly takes part in one of television’s most iconic traditions. At William Mattar, we’ve made this tradition our own. Year after year, we debut a brand-new television commercial during the Big Game, blending creativity, storytelling, and our unmistakable message: Hurt in a Car? Call William Mattar.

Behind the Scenes
Bringing a William Mattar commercial to life is a true team effort. Each production involves approximately 35 dedicated crew members, all working together to turn a creative vision into a polished final spot. From concept to completion, the process can take several months.
Our talented team includes directors, producers, lighting and camera operators, sound engineers, and creative specialists handling props, wardrobes, makeup, and acting. Every role is important and every detail counts.
Many of these professionals return to work with us year after year—a testament to the strong creative partnerships and collaborative “family” we’ve built over time.
Where the Spot was Filmed:
For this TV spot we filmed in the woods on a wonderful piece of land in New York State for a late-night campfire scene. It was a closed set, so only specific crew and staff were on hand to make this happen. Everyone was a good sport as we filmed late on a summer night, and of course, William’s sister Camille was featured in the spot as well! As you may know, our spots once featured William Mattar’s lovely mother, Phyllis. After her passing, Camille stepped in to carry on the family collaboration.
This year’s Super Bowl commercial is set at a campfire where a ‘scary story’ is being told. Instead of a ghost or monster, the scary story is someone getting into a serious car accident and then getting lowballed by the insurance company.
“In the spot, my sister Camille says, “Bill, that’s not scary,” which brings humor to it. The thing is that for people who go through it, that situation is scary, and very real. We deal with very serious situations every day, but we’ve learned that humor helps people listen and remember,” says William Mattar. “The biggest message is that insurance companies' first offer is often less than what a case is truly worth. We want people to know that we are here to help them get the money they deserve after an accident. A simple phone call can make a huge difference. If you’re hurt in a car, call William Mattar: (844) 444 4444.”
