1. Sponsorship and Eligibility
This promotion is sponsored by William Mattar, P.C., which has a principal office located at 6720 Main Street, Suite 100, Williamsville, New York 14221. There is no purchase necessary to be eligible for this promotion. This promotion is only open to residents of New York State who are twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of registration. Promotion is void in other states and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.
If you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for this promotion. If you are an employee or staff member of William Mattar, P.C., William K. Mattar, Esq., William Mattar Law Offices, or William Mattar Accident Lawyers, herein collectively referred to as “William Mattar Law Offices” or the “Firm,” an advertising or promotional agency of William Mattar Law Offices or any other enterprise that contributed promotional consideration (such as prizes, administration, or hosting services), you are not eligible for this promotion. This includes summer, part-time, full-time, and temporary staff members. Family members of employees, which include siblings, parents, significant others, children, grandchildren, or grandparents, are also not eligible for this promotion. Also, people living in the same household as individuals ineligible for this promotion are not eligible for this promotion.
If you are a lawyer or an employee or staff member of any law firm, you are not eligible for this promotion. This includes summer, part-time, full-time, and temporary staff members. Family members of law firm employees, which includes siblings, parents, significant others, children, grandchildren, or grandparents, are also not eligible for this promotion. Also, people living in the same household as individuals otherwise ineligible are not eligible for this promotion.

To enter this promotion, you must complete a registration form which will require you to agree to Terms and Conditions and provide certain information, including First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address, “County of Ride Pickup” and “County of Ride Drop Off.” “County of Ride Pickup” and “County of Ride Drop Off” will refer to the county within New York State where the registrant would apply one Lyft Ride-Share Voucher ($20.00 redemption value) to a Lyft ride within New York State between July 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM Noon (EST) and July 5, 2026, at 2:00 AM (EST). Voucher may not be applied to a ride outside of New York State. Please note that the following counties within New York State are excluded from this promotion: Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York, Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Nassau. Those who seek to apply a Lyft Ride-Share Voucher to a ride outside New York State, or a ride involving a pickup or drop off within one of the excluded counties within New York State, will be excluded from this promotion and ineligible to participate. .
No person may register more than once, and only one person is permitted to register per household. Any person who registers more than once, or any persons who register from the same household, will not be considered valid registrant(s) and will be ineligible for this promotion. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee that you will receive one Lyft Ride-Share Voucher as eligibility must be confirmed. Tips not included. Restrictions apply. Lyft Pass credits are valid for Lyft users 18 years of age and older only. Lyft Pass credits can only be used on the Lyft app and are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers. Any charges exceeding the Lyft Pass credit value will be applied to your personal payment method. By using Lyft, you agree to Lyft’s Terms of Service. For the avoidance of doubt, Lyft, Inc. is in no way a sponsor or administrator of this promotion.
The first 1,500 registrants will receive a confirmation email from marketing@williammattar.com which will acknowledge the registration and provide certain program information. Valid registrants will have the Lyft Pass directly sent to their Lyft app, provided the phone number on their Lyft account is identical to the phone number provided at program registration. Those without the Lyft app need to download and install it first. Upon confirmation that the registrant is eligible for the promotion and complied with Terms and Conditions to that point, the first 1,500 valid registrants will receive a second email containing a voucher code link that will enable one Lyft Ride-Share Voucher ($20.00 redemption value) to be added to their Lyft account in the Lyft app. Receipt of Lyft Pass credit in the Lyft app or text notification from Lyft prompting installation of the Lyft app to receive the Lyft Pass credit will confirm that the registrant has been determined eligible for this promotion, complied with Terms and Conditions to that point, and is a valid registrant.
Upon successful completion of all steps required by Lyft, valid registrants will have access to one (1) Lyft Ride-Share Voucher with a redemption value of $20.00 that can be applied to one Lyft Ride booked between 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026 and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026 with a ride pickup and drop off within New York State in a county other than Queens, Kings, Richmond, Manhattan, Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, or Nassau. The Lyft Ride-Share Voucher will allow the valid registrant, who must have an active Lyft account and access to the Lyft app, to receive full or partial payment in an amount of up to $20.00 toward one Lyft Ride booked between 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026, and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026.
The Lyft Ride-Share Voucher cannot be applied to a Lyft ride booked outside the time window of 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026, to 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026. No credit, reimbursement, or substitution will be provided for any Lyft Ride-Share Voucher that is not applied to a Lyft ride within the time window of 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026, and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026. A Lyft Ride-Share Voucher that is not applied to a ride within the designated time window will be removed automatically from the user’s Lyft account.
If the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher only covers a portion of the trip, the valid registrant will have to pay any remaining cost out of another personal payment method. A valid personal payment method must be added to the account to redeem the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher. Other limitations may apply.
Firm is not an affiliate of Lyft. Except as otherwise set forth in these Terms and Conditions, Firm is unable to assist with issues that may arise including but not limited to: creating a Lyft account, using the Lyft app, or other issues that may arise during a Lyft ride.
A registrant who subsequently wishes to opt out of this promotion before receiving or redeeming the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher should make a written request via email before the end of the Promotion Period. Requests to opt-out should be sent to marketing@williammattar.com with the subject line “Opt-Out of Lyft Ride-Share Voucher Promotion”.
4. Duties of Participants; Limitation of Liability
By entering this promotion, registrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Firm, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Firm and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Firm, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors, as well as Lyft, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible registrations; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Firm that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a voucher or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a voucher, or from participation in the promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any winner agrees that the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher is provided as-is without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of such voucher, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Firm’s maximum liability for any claims arising from this promotion shall be $20.00. Any rights of a third-party beneficiary hereunder shall be subject to all defenses, limitations, and conditions applicable between the parties, including, without limitation, the liability cap set forth in this section.
Registrant shall indemnify and defend Firm and its managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgements, settlements, interests, awards, penalties, fines, costs, expenses of whatever kind, including professional and attorney fees arising out of any claim alleging any breach or non-fulfillment of any representation warranty or covenant, negligence, omission, injury, bodily injury, death, reckless or willful misconduct, or failure to comply with any law, rule, regulation or code relating to this promotion. The Firm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions to correct a typographical or other error.
5. Violation of Promotion Rules
Registrants who provide false, misleading, or untruthful information will not be considered a valid registrant and will be excluded from the promotion. Firm reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any registrant who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the registration process, intentionally submits more than a single registration, violates Terms and Conditions, or acts in a deceptive or disruptive manner. Examples of deceptive or disruptive actions include, but are not limited to, auto-generated registration by macro, script, or other means, as well as efforts by persons in one household to register more than once. Other examples include, but are not limited to, inputting fictitious information, or using a “bot” or any automated process of any kind to submit more than one registration. Such actions or conduct will be deemed a violation of Terms and Conditions. Firm will exercise reasonable diligence to identify registrants who provide false, misleading, or untruthful information or are otherwise invalid but cannot guarantee that all such registrants will be identified, and the determinations of Firm will be final.
Transmission of Lyft Ride-Share Voucher code links may be delayed while compliance with Terms and Conditions is verified or while suspected violations are investigated, and Firm makes no express or implied guarantee that any such verification(s) or investigation(s) will conclude before the end of the promotion period.
6. Redemption of Lyft Ride-Share Voucher ($20.00 redemption value)
To ensure that all valid registrants receive one voucher, the promotion will end on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM Noon (EST), or upon email distribution of 1,500 Lyft Ride-Share Discount Vouchers (each with a $20.00 redemption value) to valid registrants, whichever occurs first, and the registration form will then become deactivated and removed. The Firm reserves the right to reactivate the registration form without notice to allow additional registration should any of the first 1,500 registration submissions be found to be ineligible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid. Such additional registration will be limited to the same number of registrants who were found to be ineligible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid within the first 1,500 registration submissions. In no event will a Lyft Ride-Share Voucher be issued in an amount other than $20.00. In no event will the promotion end after July 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM Noon (EST).
DISCLAIMER: Limited to one code per person. Can only be used by the first person who redeems the code. Non-transferrable. Lyft Ride-Share Voucher ($20.00 redemption value): (a) may only be redeemed for specific types of rides requested via the Lyft app (i.e.,, Lyft rides with pickup and drop off location in eligible New York State counties); (b) is subject to a specific, defined expiration date (i.e.,, a Lyft ride booked between 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026 and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026; (c) is subject to specific, defined geographic restrictions (i.e.,, a Lyft ride with pickup and drop-off location in a county within New York State other than Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York, Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, Nassau); (d) is subject to a specific, defined maximum Redemption Value (that is, $20.00 per person); (e) cannot be redeemed for goods or services outside of the Lyft app; (f) once redeemed, Lyft Ride-Share Voucher value is not transferable to other Lyft accounts, users or products; (g) User and Firm will not receive any value or credit for any unused portions of the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher; and (h) has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
7. Valid Registration; Forfeiture; No Substitution of Voucher
Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the valid registrant. One voucher per household.
Valid registrants who fail to add the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher to their Lyft account and apply it to a Lyft Ride booked between 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026, and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026, will forfeit the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher. No credit, reimbursement, or substitution will be provided for any Lyft Ride-Share Voucher that is not applied, or is unsuccessfully applied, to a ride within the time window of 12:00 PM Noon (EST) on July 4, 2026, and 2:00 AM (EST) on July 5, 2026.
8. Permissions
Registrants may agree to receive promotional, advertising, and/or marketing materials including emails and text messages/SMS from Firm. Registrants who do agree to receive such promotional, advertising, and/or marketing materials, including emails and text messages/SMS can opt out at any time by emailing marketing@williammattar.com and by typing “Opt-Out” in the email subject line. Please also provide your name and email address in the body of the email when requesting to opt out. Registrants must agree to terms of the Privacy Statement contained on Firm’s website, available at: https://www.williammattar.com/disclaimer/. Firm will be provided with certain information about registrants, including, but not limited to, whether your Lyft Ride-Share Voucher was claimed, your name, Lyft ride request and drop off time (for the ride to which the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher was applied), and the city of the trip. By submitting your information through the registration form, you give Firm express permission to access this data. You consent (a) to transfer your personal data to Lyft; (b) to receive SMS and other marketing messages and other communications from Lyft in connection with the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher; and (c) for Lyft to Provide (i) Firm, and (ii) when Firm uses Third-Party Service, the Third-Party Service for services requested through the Third-Party Service, with detailed trip information, including trip status, for any trip you place using a Lyft Ride-Share Voucher created by Firm. By entering information in the registration form and submitting that form, you agree to allow Firm to share such information with Lyft to facilitate delivery of the Lyft Ride-Share Voucher to your email address. Such information may include your email address and phone number. You agree to allow Firm to provide name, phone number, and/or email address of riders or other individuals to Lyft, as well as the name of Rider, time of Ride, and Ride cost, among other information. Firm may access and use the Lyft Platform and the Lyft Business services to administer, manage, and view ride activity. The firm agrees to use the data contained within its account, the Lyft Business Portal, or any reports solely for legitimate business purposes related to managing and administering the Lyft Business services.
