Pete's Hoagie Roller
Formally trained chef, Pete, is an Army Veteran who previously ran culinary facilities in Iran to feed the troops. His travel and training have brought him to discover an entirely new culinary world with the magic of his delicious food truck, and we invite you to experience it firsthand. Dig-in to a hearty stinger sub, steak and cheese sub, hoagie, or chicken Caesar wrap (chicken optional for vegetarians) …and don’t forget the hand cut fries!

Delightfully mad… about flavor!!!! You haven’t gone mad until you’ve enjoyed their cheeseburger… in a crepe! How about the Fire Chief with caramelized onions, bacon, cheddar, sliced ham and spicey BBQ sauce? Or maybe your speed is more the Roanoke with sliced turkey, gouda, tomato, arugula and rosemary garlic mayo. Make sure you try the Pa-tat-friet battered French fries plain or with incredible topping options!
Nutella crepe anyone? How about the Queen of Hearts with fluffy angel food cake and fresh strawberries? Whether you are in the mood for savory or sweet, you’ll be certain to go mad for this original truck and their distinctive offerings. Vegetarian options available. Vegan batter is an option with dessert cookie butter with fruit.
