Document Processor Job Opening

Document Processor is responsible for processing all incoming mail and facsimiles, cataloging scanned paper files, and cataloging case evidence. Essential Duties:
  • Extend outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Process and sort all incoming mail and faxes
  • Distribute all processed mail and facsimiles to the intended recipients according to established criteria
  • Follow an established document flow process by organizing and cataloging previously scanned paper files
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the catalogued items
  • Organize and create a catalogue of existing evidence for client cases
  • Maintain catalogue in order and update as new evidence becomes available
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with attorneys, colleagues, and management
  • Effectively utilize case management software to manage workload, document all work, and communicate with firm employees
  • Attend and participate in trainings for continued growth and development
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management while completing daily tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
