David Rusin Esq., of William Mattar law offices will speak at a National Business Institute online seminar entitled, “Dirty Litigation Tactics: How to Deal with the ‘Rambo’ Litigator.” The seminar takes place from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and will focus on helping legal professionals neutralize the various “scorched earth” litigation techniques they may encounter while practicing law.

The seminar is recommended for attorneys, in-house counsel, judges, and paralegals looking to learn more about how to navigate frustrating litigation tactics while using the rules of civil procedure. Mr. Rusin will discuss the phenomenon of the “Rambo” litigator, how to deal with difficult opposing counsel, and other important legal tips. F. David Rusin Esq., is a trial attorney and the Attorney Manager at William Mattar law offices where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of seriously injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability, and premises liability. Mr. Rusin has practiced law for over 35 years and is admitted to practice before all courts in New York State, including the U.S. District Court for the Western and Northern districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
