William Mattar Raises Awareness for St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy Code Blue Shelter
Beginning today, William Mattar law offices kicks off its William Mattar 4 Code Blue campaign raising awareness for Code Blue homeless shelters in our community. For the homeless, Code Blue is the lifesaving emergency weather plan that provides a hot meal and emergency shelter during extremely cold nights. Attorney William Mattar has been focused on helping people for many years, and this winter, he encourages the public to support St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy Code Blue homeless shelter. St. Luke’s needs donations and volunteers essential for providing hot meals and warm beds to those in need, especially during frigid winter nights.
"The Code Blue program at St. Luke's is a lifesaving operation that provides many services to help those in need. From hot meals to clean bedding and warm clothing, the volunteers do so much to help so many people throughout the Code Blue season. The William Mattar 4 Code Blue campaign highlights their work and the need for community support," said William Mattar.
Located in Buffalo, St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy is a 100% volunteer and donation-based Code Blue homeless shelter. When the temperature or wind chill drops to 15 degrees or below, St. Luke’s is one of a few Code Blue shelters that opens its doors and provides warm beds, hot meals, clothing and transportation to those in need. As an independent Mission, St. Luke’s does not receive funding from the government or Catholic Diocese. William Mattar invites you to support St. Luke’s so they can continue to make a difference in the community. Donations, supplies and volunteers are needed and appreciated.
There are other Code Blue homeless shelters throughout the State of New York that rely on volunteers and donations in order to serve the homeless. William Mattar law offices encourages the public to support these Code Blue homeless shelters in the Rochester, Syracuse and Albany.
