WILLIAM MATTAR LAW OFFICES ATTORNEY F. DAVID RUSIN TO PRESENT AT RULES OF EVIDENCE SEMINAR On November 22, 2019, F. David Rusin Esq., of William Mattar law offices will present at a National Business Institute seminar entitled, “The Rules of Evidence: A Practical Toolkit.” The seminar will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Downtown Buffalo from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Mr. Rusin will be speaking on three topics, including The Big Six Admissibility Questions, Handling Email, Social Media and Other ESI, and Witness Testimony and Reports. The seminar is designed for attorneys and other professionals who would like to enhance their fundamental knowledge and practical skills to make the best use of evidence and testimony. Mr. Rusin will discuss some of the key court decisions involving admissibility and practically apply the rules of evidence to common evidentiary challenges attorneys face during litigation. F. David Rusin Esq., is a trial attorney and the Attorney Manager at William Mattar law offices where he concentrates his practice on prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of severely injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability and premises liability. Mr. Rusin has practiced law for over 35 years and is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics and social media. He earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo, and he earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
